Eligibility

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

• They are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• They are not marked as Final Sale.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@reic.shop within 7 days of delivery to request return authorization. Please include your order number and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Once approved, include your invoice in the return package and clearly mark the item(s) being returned.

Important Notes

• Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
• We do not offer exchanges. For a new item, please place a new order.

• Do not bend the frame or place lenses face-down on surfaces
