Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Times

Our standard shipping time for U.S. orders is 5–10 business days after processing. Total delivery time is typically 6–13 business days.

Please note: Some items may be shipped separately from different warehouses depending on availability.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

Shipping fees for orders under $50 will be calculated at checkout based on location and shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Delays and Exceptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers (e.g., USPS or UPS)
  • Weather, customs, or natural events
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once marked “delivered” by the carrier, REIC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
