Shipping & Fulfillment

REIC is proudly based in Ireland 🇮🇪. All orders are prepared and shipped from our fulfillment center in Skerries, County Dublin, using trusted carriers such as An Post and UPS. Local fulfillment ensures fast, reliable, and fully tracked delivery across Ireland, Europe, and select international destinations.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including a tracking number when available.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Ireland: 1–3 business days
  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days
  • International (outside EU/UK): 7–14 business days (depending on location and customs)

Note: In some cases, items may ship separately to ensure faster delivery if stock is split between locations.

Shipping Rates

We offer free tracked delivery within Ireland on all orders over €60. Orders below this value include a small delivery fee calculated at checkout. International shipping costs are displayed before payment and vary by destination.

All parcels are shipped via tracked services to ensure transparency and security.

Order Tracking

Tracking details are automatically sent via email once your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update after the first carrier scan.

Delivery Responsibility & Risk

Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and title transfer to the customer. After an item is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, REIC cannot be held liable for packages lost, stolen, or misplaced thereafter.

If you believe your order was misdelivered, please contact both the carrier and our support team at info@reic.shop. We will assist you in opening an investigation with the shipping provider.

Delays and Customs

We strive to meet all delivery estimates, but external factors may occasionally cause delays. These include:

  • Carrier or route disruptions
  • Severe weather or customs inspections
  • Incomplete or inaccurate address information provided by the customer

Customs fees or import duties (where applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. International shipments may be subject to additional transit time due to local regulations.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, including photos of the packaging and item. We’ll review your case and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.

For delayed packages, please check your tracking link and contact the carrier first, as they can provide real-time updates.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. REIC is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, reshipping costs may apply.
