                      What if it doesn’t work for me?
                    
                  You have60 daysto return your sunglasses. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Just email us atinfo@reic.shopto start the process. (Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is faulty.)

                  We offer free tracked shipping worldwide. No minimum spend, no hidden fees.

                  All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation and tracking link as soon as your order leaves our Skerries hub.

                  Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.
                    
                    
                      Will I pay customs?
                    
                  Orders within Ireland & the EU 🇪🇺:No customs fees.
International orders: customs/taxes may apply depending on your country’s rules (buyer responsibility).

                      Where can I find information on sustainability?
                    
                  At REIC, we are actively working with suppliers who prioritize low-impact manufacturing, recyclable packaging, and ethical sourcing. While not all materials are yet fully certified, sustainability is a core part of our long-term roadmap. We aim to grow with conscious choices, and we’ll update customers transparently as new milestones are reached.
                    
                    
                      Can I see your certificates?
                    
                  At the moment, our products are sourced from trusted partners who comply with international standards, but we do not yet display formal certifications publicly. However, we are working toward introducing certifications for UV protection, ethical sourcing, and material safety as we scale.                       Where are your products made?
                    
                  Our sunglasses are designed with a European minimalist aesthetic and produced through select international partners, primarily located in Asia. We maintain close contact with our suppliers to ensure high standards in material quality, comfort, and craftsmanship.
                    
                    
                      Do you offer samples of your product?
                    
                  We do not currently offer free product samples. However, we frequently run exclusive offers, such as “Buy 1 Get 2 Free,” allowing customers to experience our products at outstanding value.
