Return and refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused
- With all original tags
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return

Returns must be approved before shipment. You’ll receive the return address and a shipping label once your request is accepted.
Important: Do not send any items before receiving confirmation. We are not responsible for products sent without prior approval.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@reic.shop so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants, flowers)
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
If you have questions about a specific item, feel free to contact us before purchase.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order once your return is approved.
European Union – 7-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 7 days, for any reason.
Items must meet the same return criteria: unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
